Coffee with Carver: George Washington Carver's Agricultural Bulletins Some Choice Vegetables

George Washington Carver encouraged impoverished, share cropping families of the South to enrich their meals with nutrient-dense plants which were readily available. His agriculture bulletins will be on display. Following this presentation, volunteer Linda will share information on wild, edible plants.
